Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Velocita Infosys Ltd., an international call center specializing in telemarketing services across global markets, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead.1. Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
∎ 2. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to enhance their performance and skills.
∎ 3. Monitor team performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
