• Age 18 to 38 years

• Conduct engaging and effective classroom lessons in the assigned subjects.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities according to the academy’s curriculum and students’ learning needs.

• Explain lessons clearly and help students develop strong conceptual understanding, subject knowledge, and practical skills.

• Teach Arabic and Nurani lessons with appropriate emphasis on Arabic reading, pronunciation, basic Islamic education, and foundational learning, where applicable.

• Assess students’ academic progress through classwork, homework, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.

• Monitor students’ performance, identify learning difficulties, and provide additional support when necessary.

• Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, respectful, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

• Encourage students to develop good manners, moral values, punctuality, responsibility, and a lifelong interest in learning.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, examination results, student progress, and other academic activities.

• Communicate professionally with parents or guardians regarding students’ progress, behaviour, and areas for improvement.

• Participate in teachers’ meetings, training sessions, academic planning, examinations, and other institutional activities.

• Follow the academy’s teaching standards, policies, schedules, and professional code of conduct.

• Perform other academic and teaching-related duties assigned by the academy administration.
