Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To check delivery order and compare with Auction Catalogues before delivery.
∎ To prepare and issue parties’ delivery Challan. (Custom Form - Mushak 6.3)
∎ To maintain receiving and delivery stock register book.(Custom Form- KHA)
∎ To prepare and issue parties’ removal/rent charges bill.
∎ To maintain Custom Form- Chak ‘KHA’.To maintain daily work register.
∎ To prepare Custom form ‘Ng’.To prepare Customs monthly statement.To supervise unloading and delivery.
∎ To issue gate pass and labour bill.
∎ To supervise Warehouse related all operational works.
