Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in CSE/CS/EEE/ETE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending customers' complaints and queries through phone calls, emails, or others.
∎ Set up and configure Swiss, OLT, Mikrotik, Netgear, TP-Link, Belkin, Linksys etc. Router and Access point.
∎ IP subletting with basic Routing and switching (VLAN, Trunk, VTP Server and client).
∎ Various OLT configuration and troubleshooting capabilities, FTTX network establish and troubleshooting.
∎ Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
∎ Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
∎ Design, provision, and operate an extensive MPLS IP WAN/LAN network.
∎ Implement changes both at an individual circuit level as well as overall large scale as needed.
∎ Investigate network performance issues to determine root cause, develop and implement plans to address as needed.
∎ Create documentation and network maps and assist Project Engineering with network expansion.
∎ Create weekly reports and presentations to effectively communicate current operational status with management.
∎ Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients inside or outside Dhaka.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault
∎ Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults.
∎ Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client end.
∎ Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system.
∎ Working experience with NTTN operator is added advantages.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Skills Required: LAN/ WAN, TCPIP, VLANs.
∎ CCNA certified is preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, Telecommunication, ISP Tech Support, ISP Technology, Network Engineering, IIG, ICX, NTTN.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Security Management of IT System
∎ Must have practical experience in Router (MIKROTIK, CISCO & JUNIPER) & Switch (CISCO, HUAWEI & JUNIPER).
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills, action-oriented approach to work and quick decision-making ability.
∎ The candidate should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
