∎ Diploma in Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, Motherboard, UPS and other IT appliance. Also Mobile, Tv, Freeze, Air Conditioner & other home appliance (Anyone of above mentioned categories)
∎ Testing and verifying hardware and support peripherals
∎ Analyzing user needs and recommending hardware
∎ Technical Support to customer.
∎ KPI management efficiently.
∎ Sound in e-mail operation for local and international contacts.
∎ Communicate & Co-ordinate with internal department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ KPI oriented
∎ Be an acceptable and warm team member
∎ Excellent know how on Smart Technologies business.
∎ Flexible to work extended hour & weekend as & when needed
Salary: Negotiable
