Job Context:

∎ We are looking for a Systems Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will be part of a talented team that demonstrate superb technical competency, ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Modify the server configuration and user access permission as per management requirements.
∎ AD DNS server troubleshooting, User account creating to AD server.
∎ Give user wise resource access as need.
∎ Mikrotik router configure, firewall modification, websites access permission configuring. Port forwarding. Internet Band-width monitoring and controlling from mikrotik.
∎ Communicating with ISP.
∎ Access point and wireless devices configuring and troubleshooting.
∎ Network switch setup, configure, troubleshooting to running the network smoothly.
∎ SIP server account creating for IP Phones and IP phones configuring for every employee unique IP phone extension.
∎ DVR and CCTV related troubleshooting.
∎ Door Access control related troubleshooting.
∎ IT Asset Purchase, manage IT inventory, take care of running & issuing to employee.
∎ EPS-DLP (End Point Security-Data loss prevention) server configuring. Policy deploying for user computer to prevent company's data leaking and giving security for malware and viruses. Report monitoring and analysis.
∎ Email related troubleshooting.
∎ Network Printer setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Perform day-to-day administration of ERP system.
∎ Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for issues related to ERP.
∎ Manage system user access, permissions, and security.
∎ Research issues and recommends appropriate changes.
∎ Ability to do plan, manage and execute ERP software installations and upgrades.
∎ Ability to provide training on new features and functions for user friendly.
∎ Customization and configuration ERP functionality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Office applications and ERP
∎ Sound knowledge in IT System & Network (DHCP, Network Topology, DNS, Mail, Storage Servers, Antivirus, Data Center etc.)
∎ Professional proficiency in English.
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
∎ Proficiency in the use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel & other relevant programs, Internet browsing, etc.
