Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining a system of managing and overseeing the day-to-day Land functions of the company
∎ Travelling to sites, when necessary.
∎ Taking measurements of distances and angles on a property or section of land in order to establish legal boundaries.
∎ Employing specialized equipment, including distance measuring wheels, GPS, and geographic information system (GIS) devices to measure boundaries and contours.
∎ Performing mathematical calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements.
∎ Marking and delineating boundaries and reference points on a property or section of land.
∎ Researching and consulting historical maps and surveys, as well as legal documents, relating to the property or section of land they are measuring.
∎ Presenting data to clients and preparing reports detailing legal boundaries and other relevant information.
∎ Collaborating and working with project managers, construction crews, and government agencies, when necessary.
∎ Be very discipline, punctual, sincere and honest in your attitude and behavior. Always give priority to Company interest than personal interests.
∎ Be transparent in your activities/dealings with clients and colleagues
∎ Conduct surveys using equipment and tools to accurately measure the site's land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes) and provide survey reports.
∎ Work at the project site to ensure the survey layout as per approved design.
∎ Create drawings, maps and coordinate geometry using AutoCAD.
∎ Prepare maps, sketches, charts and check all types of land measurement documents.
∎ Attain technical/commercial queries and technical meetings with clients at the site and report to the operation manager.
∎ Produce project-related correspondence and reports and send them to Project Manager and Team Leader.
∎ Report on survey results and present findings to the Project Manager and Team Leader.
∎ Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ Certificate in surveying from recognized institution.
