∎ Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Drawing, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, GPS Survey, Land Survey
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct survey work at the site. Make exact measurements and determine property boundaries.
∎ Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land
∎ Conduct surveys on land sites and properties.
∎ Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy.
∎ Research and design methods for survey processes.
∎ Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)
∎ Build maps, sketches, and charts.
∎ Analysis of survey report as per job requirement to assist the engineering team.
∎ Supervise and provide guidance to field staff.
∎ Good knowledge to provide advice during purchase and maintain survey equipment.
∎ Report on survey results and present findings to clients.
∎ Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects.
∎ Expert in AutoCAD drawing for the engineering team's job requirement.
∎ Good knowledge of periodic maintenance of surveying equipment especially total station & level machine.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working knowledge of GPS and GIS, Google Earth Map etc.
∎ Working knowledge of interpolation of surveying data development on CAD drawing from the total station.
∎ Good computer skill (word, excel, AutoCAD)
∎ Knowledge with land-related surveying work (deed, dhalil, purcha, BS and RS record sheet, etc.)
∎ Ability in the calculation and problem-solving skills.
∎ Knowledge with recent surveying software
∎ Good organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Valid certificates are required.
∎ Hands on experience in updated software.
∎
