Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in survey from Bangladesh Survey institute or Diploma in Engr. (Survey) from any Government/Private Institute.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Conducting field survey work for land development, Building and road construction.
∎ • Plotting coordinates and accordingly setting in field as per requirement.
∎ • Prepare survey reports and records.
∎ • Establishing demarcation, assessing levels and alignment in roads and building construction.
∎ • Determining/checking level for foundation and other structural work.
∎ • Bringing and presenting the feasibility study.
∎ • Checking alignment of building structure and road.
∎ • Any other assignment/job not detailed herein & felt conductive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 year(s) experience in related field
∎ Land/Tohsil/Govt. office working experience is preferred
∎ Age : Around 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Age may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates.
∎ Expertise in Auto cad 2D/3D is must-have.
∎ Must know to use Total Station, Level and other contemporary survey equipment and tools.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic, negotiation, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill and fluent in Bengali & English.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
