Educational Requirements:
∎ Civil Diploma Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer/Masters
Job Context:
∎ This is a permanent full time position. After finalize through interview, selected candidate will join as 3 months of Probationary Period. After completing probationary period and based on performance, employee will allow joining as Permanent Employee.
∎ Surveyor: Dhaka- 5 post, Khulna- 1 post, Barisal- 2 post, other divisions- 10 post (Male)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles and practice.
∎ Target based job. Ensure sales & collection target.
∎ Identify areas of improvement for seeking out new sales opportunities.
∎ Analyse competitor's strategy and performance. Look for new business areas.
∎ Build strong relationship with customers. Visit existing & potential customers on a regular basis.
∎ Good idea about field work. Having knowledge on land survey will added extra value.
∎ Have knowledge on computer. Good command over report making.
∎ Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies of the company. Make sales plan as per given sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have Android Phone , Personal Computer, Camera for survey work.
∎ An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.
∎ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be graduate in Sales and Marketing.
∎ Must be Looking Smart.
∎ Only males for Surveyor.
∎ Any Sales experience will be added advantage.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 6000/- + 20% Commission will paid in Bill Collection.
