Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Client Support, Fluent in speaking English
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support local and overseas clients through phone, email and live-chat.
∎ Track, record and report sales and support issues.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve support issues.
∎ Write / Edit / Review / Proof-read various content and client data.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Typing Speed in English.
∎ High level of fluency in MS Word, MS Excel and other MS Office programs.
∎ Document planning, writing, online research and report generation skills are required.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
