Job Context:
∎ We are looking for competent, energetic, dynamic and forward-looking Support Executives with the following qualifications:
∎ Job Location: North Bangle.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending customer's complaints and queries through phone calls and emails.
∎ Maintain close monitoring and follow up the field force activity
∎ Physical & over-phone Support regarding Internet & IP Telephony Services, CCTV Camera, Networking, Service Usage.
∎ Follow-up Trouble Shoot Tickets, identify customer's needs, clarify information, Resolve Customer Complaints and co-ordinate related departments for quick resolution to the Customer's Problem
∎ Manage Customers Troubleshoot and Complain Log.
∎ Minimum Knowledge about Mikrotik Router, OLT, Cisco Switch & Networking device
∎ Knowledge about various type of Broad Band Router Configuration.
∎ Maintain office files & preserves the documents properly.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Computer Hardware, Internet, Networking, Operating Systems (Windows) & Application Software (Email clients, Browsers, MS Office etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Support.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
