Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in managing IP networks and Sub netting.
∎ Monitor networks to ensure that all networks are available to all system user.
∎ Assist in Installing and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems to ensure stable IT
∎ Infrastructure and Network Communication for all site offices.
∎ Supporting in highly scalable solutions designed in CISCO, Microtik etc.
∎ Providing Support for IT security surveillance ex. CCTV, IPTV, Access Control System etc.
∎ Assisting to Support Network services through Proxy, Mail, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Web Server, Antivirus Server,
∎ IP Telephony System and ensure maximum up-time of all running services.
∎ Helping to Maintain electrical systems by assist in establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going maintenance,
∎ and testing programs; scheduling repairs; coordinating shut-downs and installations
∎ Assisting in remote terminal monitoring and contact users to correct and maintain network operations.
∎ Record daily network statistics and open, correctly update, and close trouble tickets.
∎ Supporting the company's existing field service engineers to conduct installations, maintenance and
∎ troubleshooting communications and navigation systems.
∎ Helping Supervisor to provide support, identify problems' root causes and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ Keeping record of each support and complain details after providing solutions.
∎ Keeping record daily network statistics.
∎ Assisting in the maintenance and performance tuning of application databases.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in relative field.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills and able to adapt to executive, business and technical audiences,
∎ with ability to articulate complex technology simply.
∎ Good Knowledge & hand in experience about the following:
∎ ? LAN, WAN & Wireless LAN Technologies.
∎ ? IP, Ethernet & network communications
∎ ? Web Service Technologies
∎ ? Scripting Languages (Python, JavaScript, Etc.)
∎ ? Network Security Solution
∎ Familiar with web-based and enterprise application architectures, including InfoSec issues
∎ Able to do roaster duties & night shifts.
∎ Need to be fluent in English Speaking, Reading & Writing. (IELTS score of 6.5 or above will get preference)

Salary: Tk. 14650 - 22509 (Monthly)
