∎ 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the ISP industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software.
∎ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Certifications such as CCNA or MTCNA are a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues.
∎ Assist customers with setting up and configuring their internet services.
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
∎ Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
∎ Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
∎ Assist with testing and implementation of new network services and technologies.
