Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues.
∎ Assist customers with setting up and configuring their internet services.
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
∎ Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
∎ Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
∎ Assist with testing and implementation of new network services and technologies.
