Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or B.Sc in Computer Science

Job Context:
∎ Purpose: To Provide IT Hardware and Software Assistance.
∎ Company Industry Type: Sweets & Bakery.
∎ Job Context: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Desktop, Laptop and others Hardware and Software Installations and Troubleshooting.
∎ Maintain, troubleshoots and repair security camera, NVR and computer peripherals.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and performs monitoring data connectivity from Head Office to other branches.
∎ Monitoring and Scheduling update antivirus software and removal of viruses, malware and spyware.
∎ Provide Helpdesk support to onsite and remote users.
∎ Work from the branches and assist customers to try our products if needed.
∎ Accurately log incidents and ensure all relevant data is captured.
∎ Monitor, progress and resolve incident whilst ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive updates, frequent contact and escalation where necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
