Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Resolving escalated customer complaints via phone call or remote access without the need for team lead intervention.
∎ Taking ownership of technical issues and working with the core network team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
∎ Documenting troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps.
∎ Ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
∎ Ensuring SLA timeline.
∎ Monitoring of network.
∎ Roster based duty.
∎ 9 hours shift.
