Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Management Information System, Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Cost Accounting, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Business Administration
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Analytical capabilities, attention to detail. Analytical., Data analysis and management, FAST DECISION MAKER, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Farming, Livestock, Poultry, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Live Support team with completion of day-to-day tasks such as reconciliation of problematic issues of growers, theft risk assessment, bird weights and analytical reporting.
∎ Live broiler Operations with data analytics,
∎ Live Operations accounting,
∎ This role will review, analyse, and maintain reporting such as performance and cost,
∎ assist functional areas with daily and period end processes, and work with Live Software to help drive initiatives.
∎ Facilitate with management and end users in the Live Operation division to identify, track, and report on key performance indicators.
∎ Manage databases and reports related farm basis, species wise, officer or region/branch wise, grower performance, settlements and inventory.
∎ Manage compliance of producer contracts while ensuring timeliness of contract renewals.
∎ Act as a master user on Live analytical software (Power BI, Tableu, MS Excel etc) to support live team and requests for information and be able to troubleshoot issues if necessary.
∎ Help maintain and develop Live Accounting software by acting as the liaison between IT and the Live department for implementations and new data management tools.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills along with good expertise of using analysing softwares.
∎ The live operations business analyst need to have good documentation skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of live operations in a poultry environment.
∎ Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualisation techniques and tools.
∎ Management skills – self-management, project management, listening, communication, scope management.
