Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain or comparable disciplines) from any reputed university
∎ MBA from any reputed university is very much desired
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the procurement, supply chain management, vendor management and inventory management
∎ Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
∎ Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
∎ Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules and managing the supply chain to ensure products are developed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
∎ Manage inventory levels for all product lines to ensure in-stock and inventory levels are in line with targets / KPI's
∎ Ensure lead times are aligned to enable an optimal flow of inventory into the warehouse and production plan
∎ Assist in product supply management which includes, accessing inventory movement while receiving product from vendor and shipping to customer
∎ Liaison between different stakeholders related to product shipment including Customs & Excise, shipping company, suppliers and customers etc.
∎ Work closely with vendors and suppliers, foster relationship and be able to hold them accountable as needed
∎ Prepare appropriate financial materials and supporting documentation required internally or externally to assist with supply chain decision making
∎ Conduct basic financial analyses to understand required investment, ROI, break-even points, etc. at the initiative level (assortment, unit/configuration, channel opportunities, etc.)
∎ Prepare regular report (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly) to forecast insight of the overall project and help Executive Leadership to make data driven decision.
∎ Collaborate with cross functional teams as well as Executive Leadership to provide strategic insights, ideas, suggestions and initiatives
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of relevant experience
∎ Proficient with spreadsheets, presentations, and general computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Strong organization skills
∎ Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Must have excellent command over communication in English
∎ Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms.
∎ Experience in working with global clientele is a plus.
∎ Ability to manage stress and handle deadlines, challenging situations and diverse personalities
∎ Ability to have critical conversations with leaders and staff and hold them accountable to established goals and standards
∎ Ability to track and report key performance measures (KPIs), consolidate data, and present results and executive summaries to leadership
∎ Must be able to adapt quickly to the changing needs of an evolving ecommerce environment with an exceptional sense of urgency
