Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree preferably in Management or MBA in Marketing or Supply Chain Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish relationship with National & international NGOs to procure business for BTRF;
∎ Assist Business Development Specialist to prepare project proposal for BTRF;
∎ Keep regular communication with stakeholders;
∎ Administrative and logistic support to BTRF projects;
∎ Explore market as per need of the business;
∎ Ensure the procurement processes in line with BTRF Admin Policy;
∎ Assist in preparing monthly activity reports of BTRF;
∎ Prepare invoice & bill for BTRF;
∎ Regular visit local market & source new/alternative vendor for development;
∎ Prepare RFQ and RFP relevant documents, as well as reports for procurement of materials;
∎ Coordinate and manage BTRF Multipurpose Conference Hall and Cafeteria;
∎ Admin & logistic support and over all supervision effort to all workshops and seminars which will be held in the BTRF Multipurpose Conference Hall and in different offices of GoB;
∎ Supervise & follow up of repair- maintenance of Multipurpose Hall & Cafeteria;
∎ Supervise the Facility Care Assistant;
∎ Work in close collaboration with Director-Admin & HR and other team leaders of BTRF & BCCP as required;
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) in the relevant field.
∎ Working experience in Marketing or Supply Chain Management. Experience of business analysis;
∎ project management, developing and conducting training programs would be an advantage;
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities;
∎ Be proactive, self-disciplined and be able to work under remote supervision;
∎ Ability to work independently and to collaborate across the organization;
∎ Should possess good written and oral communication skill in English;
∎ Excellent skill in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
∎ Must have skill to work in team formation.

Salary:
∎ Salary is negotiable depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate.
