Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

∎ Zainul Haque Sikder Women’s Medical College & Hospital (Pvt) Ltd. – Gulshan Branch.
∎ Job Location : Road # 104, House # 5, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
∎ Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
∎ Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
∎ Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase the efficiency of the supply chain and profitability for the company.
∎ Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
∎ Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
∎ Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials.
∎ Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.
∎ Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on the availability and cost of supplies and materials.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management experience.
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position required.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
Salary: Negotiable
