∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): API Sourcing, Pharma indenting, Pharmaceutical Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Pharmaceuticals Raw Materials Sourcing

Job Context:
∎ JP Global Trade is engaged with importing & indenting of suppliers to respective companies for active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (API) & Excipients.
∎ We are going to hire a talented, energetic, professional, diversified employee for our company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing and procuring of all raw materials as per requirement for Pharmaceuticals.
∎ Obtain the necessary approvals and processing the orders.
∎ Obtain all supportive regulatory documents for filling drug dossiers.
∎ Procurement of raw materials, API, excipients for the manufacturing of medicines.
∎ Maintain records of all documents related to Purchase.
∎ Negotiation with vendors and place order for raw materials or packing & promotional materials.
∎ Maintain industry best practices for pharmaceutical raw materials sourcing and contracting.
∎ Provide input for the development of effective capital and operating budgets and utilization of resources to manage pharmaceutical costs.
∎ Provide oversight to pharmacy purchasing, including medication procurement, inventory control processes, and contracting including strategies to maintain supplies of needed pharmaceuticals during shortages.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving ability.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Honest, dedicated, self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
∎ Good verbal & written communication skills both in English & Bengali.
