∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Building Construction

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architectural Drafting, Auto CAD Designing, Building Construction, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Civil Project Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for checking all kinds of structural, Architectural, MEP and Non Structural drawing in field according to guidelines.
∎ Preparing and finalizing different kinds of related reports.
∎ Site visit and coordinate all kinds problems if need.
∎ Reviewing drawing according to the rule
∎ Maintain good relationship with client and other consortium partners and keep track of upcoming and ongoing work.
∎ Develop project specific work management plans. Ensure work plans which are coordinated with client, sub-contractors and others stakeholders.
∎ Keep tracking of all the cumulative work progress and data collection in field.
∎ Must be energetic to follow up all works simultaneously such as Structural layout checking, Architecture layout checking, foundation checking, Rebar exposure checking, concrete core cutting checking, checklist fill up etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years' Experience in Building Construction field site.
