Job Context:
∎ Hashem Flour Mills Ltd. (a sister concern of Sajeeb Group), is seeking qualified candidates for the position of "supervisor" in order to carry out Transport Department in factories.
∎ (Job Location: Mahona, Narayangonj, Dhaka.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To keeping all vehicle documents updated and liaising with BRTC.
∎ To ensure all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained.
∎ To do a proper duty schedule for all drivers.
∎ To check all logbooks and fuel consumption reports for all vehicles.
∎ To maintain all transport GPS tracker system.
∎ To communicate with middleman for downtrip.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
