∎ Road Construction Supervisors oversee the work at a construction site including managing construction labor, inspecting ongoing work.
∎ Arrange necessary equipment and keeping construction project costs at or if possible, under budget.
∎ Road construction supervisors are responsible for the projects from beginning to end.
∎ Keeping the site safe and maintaining a set schedule.
∎ Any other assignment as per management's requirement.
