Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising, advising, and assisting Reservation &Ticketing staffs in doing their duties properly.
∎ Assists passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart flights
∎ Responsible for all types of ticket issue, re-issue, fare calculation, Ensuring VISA compliance etc
∎ Communicate with HO and other departments for doing/solving flight/passenger related issues.
∎ Must be familiar with Amadeus System
∎ Supervise and Ensure customer & agent's satisfaction at Reservation & Ticketing counter, as well as performing tele sales to both.
∎ Make sure that customers are attended to properly, understanding their need, give them proper advise and solutions and ensure that reservation and ticketing activities are properly handled according to the need of customers.
∎ Smooth handling of holiday packages, and coordinate group requests in support of Sales team.
∎ Supervise Smooth handling of reservation services, such as PNR confirmations, CPS checks, BC meals, DNB passenger accommodation etc.
∎ Maintaining flight statistics and Sales reports (BSP/Counter) for GSA/Airline management to reach Revenue & Operational targets.
∎ Provide proper supports to Airport check-in staffs for any issues/queries regarding PNRs and tickets
∎ Other assigned work as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proactive with good interpersonal skill
∎ Good Communication skill ( oral & written)
