∎ General Knowledge in civil and construction work. Ability to supervise Skilled in Computer Typing, MS Word, MS Excel

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
∎ Inspect work quality, materials, and equipment to maintain high construction standards.
∎ Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to resolve site issues efficiently.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety guidelines, and company policies.
∎ Maintain accurate reports on project status, material usage, and site conditions.
∎ Train and guide workers to enhance productivity and efficiency.
∎ Office Documentation & Reporting:
∎ Maintain accurate reports on project status, material usage, and site conditions.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
∎ Document work permits, inspection reports, and compliance records.
∎ Handle correspondence, contracts, and project-related paperwork.
∎ Assist in preparing budgets, cost estimates, and procurement records.
∎ Ensure all records are well-organized and easily accessible for audits or reference.
