∎ 2 to 3 years Proven experience in a hospital setting.
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in using relevant computer software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide leadership and supervision to hospital staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of various hospital departments, including but not limited to, nursing, administration, and support services.
∎ Provide Maintenance Support to All the Departments.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination across all hospital units.
∎ Implement and enforce hospital policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
∎ Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among staff members or between departments.
∎ Able to do any kind of tasks assigned by the authority.
