Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Contributing to implementing a service-oriented administration in the factory premises
∎ • Creating a culture of maintaining working relationships with all related stakeholders in the government and non-government sector
∎ • Leading the day-to-day administrative functions of the administration department by delegating tasks and responsibilities to administrative staff
∎ • Planning, control, and maintenance of office transport, office equipment, property, assets, and other movable and immovable properties
∎ • Responsible for protocol and event management, scrap and waste management, and transport management
∎ • Responsible for canteen management (ensuring to provide hygienic and balanced working food with a constant budget).
∎ • Responsible for billing Issues like checking all monthly bills, such as overtime (OT), lunch, snacks, daily labor (DL), canteen, cleaning and stationary bills, courier bills, etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
