Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Laws or Police/Military background
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the quality system (GQS) requirements related to his/her job functions.
∎ Understanding by quality system: Documentation, work method, and internal and external customer expectations related to a process, product or service.
∎ To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health and Safety are being complied.
∎ Looking after internal security requirement of the factory area.
∎ Keep liaison with all relevant department.
∎ Executing action plan as per the Risk assessment report.
∎ Physical Guarding service of designated area.
∎ Maintaining all documentation as per GQS requirement.
∎ Taking necessary action to fulfil all the requirement of WRAP and CTPAT.
∎ Ensure seal audit and smooth shipment of the product.
∎ Schedule and conducting all training related with workers, labors, contractors, security guards and employees as per the policy and procedure.
∎ Supporting Lead security to maintain the corporate security standard in the factory area as per the corporate security guideline.
∎ Giving input to make the risk assessment report updated.
∎ Ensure all security function like access control, guarding and patrol duty, visitor management system etc. are smoothly operating.
∎ Maintaining inspection process for all vehicle, cargo etc. of Contractors, Suppliers and other stakeholders of the site.
∎ Coordination meeting when required with all contractors to communicate the security requirement, updated information etc. to maintain Company security standard.
∎ Closely working with safety department to ensure safety of the people, materials and vehicles.
∎ Perform any other operation related function indicated by Lead Security.
