∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Candidates with B.Sc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public universities are also preferred.
∎ 6-7 years' experience in Gas, DG Power generators, 3-4 years of experience as power Generation & Distribution Asst. Manager / Manager.
∎ Experience on 33/0.4kv substation with 33kv Power distribution, AIS/GIS Panel system with dry type transformer, Type tested panel, NEMA Guidelines on Panel board.
∎ Good knowledge on BNBC, NFPA, IEC, UL, NEMA, NETA, OSHA, CPR, NEC etc.
∎ Good Knowledge on LEED, BMS, renewable Energy (Solar OPEX & CAPEX model), Lean Management (kanban, GPRO etc.).
∎ 7/8 years' experience in Gas, DG Power generators preferably Jenbachar, Bangla CAT, MWM, MTU, FG Wilson, Cummins, Perkins power generation & distribution and 33kv Power substation & distribution.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute Operation and maintenance of Power Generation & Distribution facilities at whole concession to ensure 24x7 reliable power availability and reliability without any power outage.
∎ Experience on Lean burn NG Power Plant and tie up, parallel Operation & synchronization with Grid substation 33kv and Diesel Power plant tie up with other sources.
∎ Provide leadership, management, and establish goals to attain employee safety, reliable power generation and distribution, trained qualified and engaged workforce, positive employee relations, financial performance and compliance with all environmental and regulatory requirements.
∎ Supervises the maintenance of plant records and prepares periodic and special activity reports.
∎ Inspects operational activities for safety precautions and instructs employees against occupational hazards; responsible for employee conduct and compliance with all safety policies, regulations and compliance with all OSHA and NFPA requirements.
∎ Provide Technical advice and guidance for electrical maintenance, maintenance plan and program and ensure availability and reliability with cost effective manner safely and efficiently.
∎ Prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts and consumables ensuring budgetary constraints and arrange strategic spares availability to cope up with the maintenance.
∎ Responsible for the site CMMS program. Proficiently utilize CMMS to schedule work, prioritize work orders, maintain inventory, and procure parts and materials.
∎ Load management/Energy management plan & Maximum demand controller system for optimize energy and energy use and SCADA system remote monitoring and controlling.
∎ Develop relay protection schemes for substations and substation automation/digitalization.
