∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Candidates with B.Sc. in Petroleum / Mechanical / Energy Science Engineering are highly preferred.
∎ Candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience with Diploma logistic & supply Chain are also highly prioritized
∎ Advanced knowledge in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
∎ Auto CAD, ISO 14001, 50001 & 29001,45001
∎ JDE and DC Link Operation.
∎ Informatics Knowledge
∎ Knowledge of inventory management.
∎ English Language Proficiency

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure fuel - CNG, LPG, NG & Diesel for powerhouse, boiler for smoothly operation and maintain buffer stock.
∎ To ensure proper logistic support, operation, maintenance & documentation forklift, Scissor lift, Man lift, Lathe Machine, Welding Machine etc.
∎ Proper liaison with CNG/LPG/Diesel station and with user department, know about the user consumption Cleary, plan accordingly and ensure reliability.
∎ To ensure Vehicle management for CNG/LPG/Diesel and keep update.
∎ Schedule regular maintenance checkups and documentation and fit 100% all time.
∎ To keep update and align meet requirements code & standard/Authority – BERC, BPC, NFPA 52 & 58, BNBC -2020, OSHA 45001
∎ Prepare breakdown and maintenance report.
∎ Responsible for audit documentation & Maintenance budget submission.
∎ Responsible for spare parts inventory, requisition of spare parts and others consumable items through JDE software.
∎ Ensure all transaction on JDE is done correctly and on time.
∎ Follow up requisition approval route and PO balance.
∎ Coordinate with procurements team and supplier to uninterrupted supply to support utility operation and maintenance.
