Job Context:
∎ American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) requires qualified and competent:
∎ Job Location: Vangnahati, Sreepur, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reliability as well as continuously
∎ improving plant performance across all aspects of the site.
∎ Daily operation of planned and preventative maintenance, identifying the root cause of
∎ problems and developing solutions in order to maximize efficiency and to conform to
∎ internal, external and legal requirements
∎ Need a sound knowledge on motor and generators. Daily check up and prepare the
∎ schedule for maintenance work.
∎ Responsible for all the utility works. He has to prepare all the electrical material
∎ requisitions and cost estimation for new work as well as old.
∎ Must have a leadership skill. He has to prepare and monitor the duty roster and work of
∎ Technicians.
∎ Respond to all issues reported by production management / operatives.
∎ Routine daily / weekly / monthly checks.
∎ To be available for call out as required by the agreed roster.
∎ To ensure all administrative records / tasks are monitored and recorded as required.
∎ To undertake relevant meetings and training courses as required
∎ To be aware of Health and Safety requirements and regulations and legislation governing
∎ the Dairy and food industries.
∎ To participate in other duties that may from time to time be required.
∎ Reporting to higher authority timely.
∎ Always must follow instructions declared by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Committed to devote oneself in rigorous hands on training
∎ Pleasant Personality and Excellent communication skill
∎ Excellent verbal & written English communication.
