Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Chemical Engineering from any reputed polytechnic institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process optimization for Zinc (Zn) plating and Phosphating line of screw manufacturing plant.
∎ New chemical supplier development.
∎ Maintain UP TO DATE SOP.
∎ Case study.
∎ Work on process and product fault analysis and develop strategic plan to reduce defects.
∎ Perform weekly/monthly reporting of defects and analyze for corrective actions.
∎ Report format generation (Manually/by software) and Make user friendly report for management and other department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Work experience with Zinc (Zn) electroplating.
∎ Good understanding over electroplating principle.
∎ Good command over English language.
∎ Must have strong IT, communication and leadership skill.
∎ Must have capability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
