Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed polytechnic institute.
∎ Skills Required: Installation/ Erection
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Lift Escalator, Lift Installation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision and monitoring of Lift installation and commissioning-related activities.
∎ Coordination with client and installation teams as well as the factory.
∎ To oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
∎ To optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
∎ To prepare assembles reports & conduct risk assessments.
∎ To analyze tracks metrics to discover the areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
∎ To maximize productivity by improving cycle time with lower fault percentage and cost.
∎ To perform instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
∎ To perform process troubleshooting, parts inspection and various other functions to ensure conformity and quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Good communication and Coordination skills.
∎ Good understanding of various mechanical and electrical components of lift.
∎ Knowledge on various types of manufacturing process.
∎ Good report making ability and expertise in ERP/SAP, Microsoft Office especially in Excel
Salary: Negotiable
