Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, supervision on all Electromechanical work and maintenance work for commercial buildings.
∎ Must be practical experience of Installation, testing and commissioning with operation, maintenance and Troubleshooting work of HVAC equipment (Water Cooled Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pump, WTP, FCU, Piping, Ducting, Exhaust Fan, Safety and Measuring Device etc.)
∎ Practical experience of Installation, testing and commissioning work of Fire protection & Detection, Plumbing, Ventilation equipment
∎ Prepared, Study and modify existing design by AutoCAD as per requirement by management.
∎ knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & fire safety, plumbing drawing & design for the commercial, residential and industrial buildings/projects (Ref. AHRI, ASHRAE, BNBC, NEC, IEC & NFPA etc.).
∎ Must be handling capability of Contractor, Supplier and technicians.
∎ Offer collect and negotiation with suppler/vendor for select of best product (Spare parts/materials) as per require specification.
∎ To be prepared and maintain all documentation work (Estimate, budget, Log Book, Register, Note sheet, CS, Work Order, Measurements, Bill (MB Book), Adjustment etc.) as per requirement.
∎ Must be followed and ensure the safety for related electromechanical work.
∎ Effective communication and coordination skills with management, senior, colleges, projects, supplier, subordinate and contractor.
∎ Any electromechanical defective issues and reasons must be informed to seniors by over phone/written immediately and trying to resolve quickly.
∎ To liaison with various offices DESCO, DPDC, BREB, WASA, Fire Service & Civil Defense Office and Electrical Licensing Board for related work as per projects.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency situations, even after office time and on holiday.
∎ Have the mentality to work at the project/site and office.
∎ Any Other’s duties as when ordered by Management.
