∎ Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
InstallationErection, Operation Maintenance, Planning, Real Estate, Services
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, supervision on all electromechanical Implementation and maintenance work of residential and commercial buildings.
∎ Must be practical experience of Installation, testing and commissioning work of electromechanical equipment (Substation, Diesel Generator, Elevator, Escalator, Air Conditioner, Geyser, Water Pump, Solar System etc.)
∎ Good working knowledge in AutoCAD software.
∎ Knowledge of electrical drawing & design of commercial and residential high rise building.
∎ Must be handling capability of Contractor, Supplier and Technicians.
∎ To be prepared and maintain documentation work (Bill, Estimate, budget, Log Book, Register).
∎ Effective communication, presentation and coordination skills.
∎ To liaison with various offices (DESCO, DPDC, BREB, WASA, DCC) for related work.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency situations.
∎ Any Other’s duties as when order by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible.
∎ Good command over English (Spoken and Written).
∎ Strong Computer Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet, etc.)
∎ Optimum Capacity utilization, facility & site planning.
