Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and preparing of daily work program with sub-contractor on regular basis.
∎ Supervision and execution of civil, sanitary, plumbing, electrical, tiles & marble works, paint works, interior & exterior works, in both residential and commercial building on regular basis and report to the concerned authority as well.
∎ Planning to use equipment at most cost effective way.
∎ Checking reinforcement and informing Project-In-charge and any discrepancies must be carried out prior to the casting if it would have.
∎ Keeping the record of inspection, variations, testing and points of connection.
∎ Keeping the record of the contractor's staff in the casting date and informing the Project-In-charge/MPO if needed.
∎ Preparing the standard chart of cylinder and cube strength of concrete specimens and reporting the Project-In-charge about the quality of concrete.
∎ Estimating of materials, equipment, accessories required for site and informing the respective person if he is asked.
∎ To ensure site safety, security, quality work and work progress as per time schedule.
∎ Ensure work quality, safety security and timely execution of all works within budget and Inform the problem arises at site, to superior and take necessary steps to solve it.
∎ Prepare shop drawing with AutoCAD, necessary estimation, and monthly report by Microsoft office as per instruction.
∎ Noting the minor variation which may affect payment and informing Project-In-Charge/MPO regarding this issue.
∎ Follow up of progressive work report and progress up to date on continuous basis both verbally and documental.

∎ Candidates Must have the mindset to work as contractual employee.
∎ Strong Mathematical & Analytical Skills.
∎ Good communication and problem solving Skills.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
