∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ 1. Practical experience in Production Line. 2. Eager to work in night & day shift. 3. Should have good communication skill. 4. Should be proactive, innovative and energetic. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power point) application. 6. Excellent time management skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Monitoring & Supervising Air Conditioner production Line/ section and working as shift in-charge.2. Prepare regular production report, breakdown report, repair report, wastage report etc.3. Conduct development work such as training, 5S, SWOT, Skill Matrix etc. in section.4. Ensuring maximum quality and make sure the target has achieved.5. Work on process development and stability related work like Cycle time, process optimization etc.6. Ensuring section cleanliness, decoration, safety, proper PPE for individual operating point.7. To do cost analysis & cost minimization of concern section.8. Any other task assigned by superior.
