Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air conditioner manufacturing Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising Air Conditioner manufacturing Plant.
∎ Supervising the construction of new plants.
∎ Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems.
∎ Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines and within financial budgets.
∎ Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities.
∎ Assessing safety and environmental issues.
∎ Liaising with installation/project engineers and specialists.
∎ Ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation.
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must be familiar with different equipment related to Air Conditioner manufacturing industry.
∎ Must have good knowledge about different parts and working principle of Central Air Conditioning system.
∎ Must have good computer literacy.
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good communication skills and be able to lead a team.
∎ Ability to work energetically independently self-motivated and with desire to succeed and able to keep to agreed timeline.
