Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics /Power/RAC Engineering (Educational qualification is relaxed for experienced persons)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation & commissioning.
∎ Technical troubleshooting, service and repairs.
∎ Provide technical support to external customers at their location.
∎ Provide training to the valued customers.
∎ Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
∎ Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
∎ Professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field.
∎ Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction & implement necessary corrective actions.
∎ Willing to work sales related tasks & complete the minimum sales target mandatorily.
∎ Daily clients visit to retain existing business, increase volume & pursue new customers.
∎ Perform any other operational task assigned by higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Working experience in Coffee Company will be added as advantages.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with critical thinking & approach.
∎ Must be physically fit, mentally fit and those who can work for long time.
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure/deadline.
∎ Well-organized, co-operative and a good team-player with pleasant personality.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
