Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of elevator LIFT/ELEVATOR.
∎ Preventive and corrective maintenance of ESCALATOR.
∎ Maintaining preventive schedule.
∎ Project planning and conducting of elevator modernization/modification/dismantling work.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly preventive maintenance schedule.
∎ Elevator spare parts management and forecasting of spare parts requirement.
∎ Preparing daily work report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 3 years of working experience lift/escalator installation/maintenance/modernization.
∎ Good knowledge in safety of Lift/Escalator.
∎ Practical experience of Lift/Elevator installation and modernization work will be given preferences.
∎ Good knowledge on computer literacy, moderate typing speed and Knack for MS word/excel will be given preference.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have the mentality of night shift duty.
∎ Hard-working, Leadership and creative.
