∎ Candidates with 3rd division/class or CGPA less than 2.75 in any examination need not apply.
∎ Computer literacy and proficiency in English, both oral and written are essential for the position.
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience in relevant fields.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative.
∎ Have creativity, integrity, initiatives and imagination.
∎ Prepared to accept challenges and work under pressure.
∎ Have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems, including HVAC, generators, elevators, and other University infrastructure.
∎ Assist in the installation of new electro-mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and technical Standards.
∎ Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems to identify issues and Implement solutions.
∎ Monitor and optimize the energy consumption of university facilities, ensuring efficient operation of electro-mechanical Systems.
∎ Ensure that all electro-mechanical systems comply with safety regulations and standards, conducting risk assessments as needed.
∎ Work closely with external contractors and vendors for the installation, repair, or upgrade of electro-mechanical systems.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and installation activities, and provide regular reports to supervisors.
∎ Be available to respond to emergency situations involving electro-mechanical systems, providing prompt and effective solutions.
∎ Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in electro-mechanical systems to recommend improvements and upgrades.
