Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B. Sc. in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering from any reputed Polytechnic Institute/ University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and monitor all tasks to ensure smooth operation of electrical systems;
∎ Manage all electrical supply systems like HT, LT, Transformers, Substations, Generators, load change over switch, fire alarm and control panel, VRF AC control Panel & DB boards;
∎ Ensure uninterrupted services at 24/7 basis;
∎ Participate in all electrical maintenance works (involving AC, generator, power distribution, fire detection system, pumps, solar system, and transmission service, PA Systems, etc.);
∎ Participate in troubleshooting of the electrical works (lighting, electrical distribution boards, electrical cable, UPS, AC, Generator, CCTV etc.);
∎ Perform regular inspections of equipment and schedule maintenance and repair works;
∎ Prepare electrical diagrams (SLD, ELD);
∎ Calculate electrical load for Cable, Circuit breaker, Distribution board, and Transformer;
∎ Deal with Contractors, Suppliers and Technicians;
∎ Prepare and maintain all documentation works (Estimate, budget, Log Book, Register, Note sheet, CS, Work Order, Bill, Adjustment, etc.) as per requirement;
∎ Ensure and manage compliance and safety standards while executing works;
∎ Plan, schedule and monitor works of support personnel;
∎ Carry out routine checks and logs of the status of Air Conditioning equipment;
∎ Trouble shoot, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on Air Conditioning equipment;
∎ Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, parts utilized, time expended and type of works performed, and
∎ Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the superior authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Technical competency in electrical systems like substation, generator, Solar PV, BBT, LPS, Online UPS, fire detection and protection system, CCTV, PA System, access control, PABX, VRF AC Lifts, etc.
∎ The applicant must have at least 5 years working experience in similar position in any reputed organization.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Competent in MS Office tools.
∎ Good interpersonal relationships and leadership capability.
