Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized and reputed institution.
∎ Additional degree/qualification/training in the relevant field will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely maintenance or installation for the smooth services
∎ Supervision of construction
∎ Estimate, costing and BOQ preparation
∎ Attend and conduct regular and scheduled maintenance activities
∎ Handle contractors/vendors/supervisors/workers
∎ Bill and, material requisition preparation
∎ Render emergency services as required and requested
∎ Maintain documentation and reports on a regular basis
∎ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor and office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer knowledge: MS Office, Email, Internet, Operating Systems
∎ Work under pressure over extended hours.

Salary:
∎ BDT 17700 (Monthly)
