Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering from any reputed polytechnic institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To formulate the standards of Quality, and also formulate Quality SOPs in the factory.
∎ To monitor QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ To assist technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identify and resolve production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ To identify relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ To be responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ To develop the quality system.
∎ To provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees.
∎ To conduct a pre-production meeting.
∎ To do regular inspection to check the quality of product and follow up Pre- Final inspection.
∎ To keep all necessary documents and quality format.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Should have experience on steel structure related cutting, fitting, fabricating, welding & painting etc.
∎ Should have knowledge on AWS & NDT.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
Salary: Negotiable
