∎ Graduates from Public institutes/universities will be preferred.
Requirements:

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have experience in piling work and RCC frame structure building work, building finishing, architectural work and internal work.
∎ Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
∎ Familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals, etc.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at the project site.
∎ Conduct on-site investigations and feasibility (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
∎ Responsible for the project's compliance with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
∎ Organize project work and assign technicians and staff specialists to tasks.
∎ Other Project management duties e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.
