Responsibilities & Context: 1. Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of water pumps, geysers, pipes & fittings, and related mechanical/electrical equipment at customer sites. 2. Attend, investigate, and resolve customer complaints related to product performance, leakage, pressure issues, heating failure, or fitting defects. 3. Diagnose technical faults through inspection, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure proper system functionality and reliability. 4. Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend product lifespan. 5. Replace or repair defective components such as valves, seals, coils, impellers, pipes, and fittings as required. 6. Ensure proper installation and commissioning of products according to technical guidelines and company standards. 7. Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and documentation of all site visits and repairs. 8. Provide on-site technical support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operation. 9. Follow strict safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies during all service and maintenance activities. 10. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, and technical support) for spare parts availability, service updates, and escalation of complex issues."
