∎ 1. Assort the market return accessories at distributor point.
∎ 2. Prepare proper documentation regarding replacement related data.
∎ 3. Send replaceable accessories from distributor point to factory with authorized signature on each carton and proper document.
∎ 4. Maintain replacement related data in SAP.
∎ 5. Visit distributors’ points frequently.
