Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular visits to assigned hospitals to engage OBGYN and pediatric departments, motivating physicians to participate in the EQIS platform.
∎ Counsel physicians, explain the benefits of clinical simulations, address platform-related concerns, and track their progress to ensure completion of timely cases.
∎ Assist in organizing orientation and feedback sessions with hospital teams to strengthen engagement and support.
∎ Attend weekly and other meetings, take notes and prioritize action points
∎ Manage all kinds of documentation under the guidance of the Supervisor
∎ Identify gaps/challenges during study activities and discuss with supervisor on possible solution
∎ Maintain liaison with hospital physicians and other staff for smooth implementation of the study
∎ Liaise with other project staff and provide support to them as and when required
∎ Arrange meeting with other team members and share progress and challenges and propose strategy to mitigate this.
∎ Report to Supervisor about any untoward events
∎ E-Patient Quality Improvement and Standardization (EQIS) is an AI-supported clinical education initiative aimed at enhancing the quality and consistency of patient care among physicians in Bangladesh. The study uses AI-generated patient simulation cases to assess and improve decision-making skills, focusing initially on obstetric and pediatric care. Physicians participate by completing short clinical scenarios through a digital platform, where their responses are reviewed for accuracy, standardization, and alignment with national guidelines. The project also involves field engagement at selected hospitals, continuous data analysis, and institutional collaboration to promote evidence-based, improved clinical practice in LMICs like Bangladesh to reduce mortality and morbidity.

∎ Job Description/ Responsibility:
∎ The Study Physician will coordinate field activities at assigned hospitals, focusing on engaging OBGYN and pediatric physicians in completing AI-based clinical simulation cases. The role involves motivating physicians, assisting with data collection, tracking progress, and supporting the study’s overall implementation to enhance clinical decision-making and standardizing patient care.

∎ Benefit: 12% retirement fund contribution by PRF will be given as per organizational policy.
