Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Listen to Student Concerns
∎ Receive & make call to the customers.
∎ Maintenance of Visitor Register.
∎ In charge of all front desk operations.
∎ Management of the front desk/reception counters.
∎ Distributing inwards documents received.
∎ Any other responsibility directed by Top Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): counselor, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service
∎ Basic Computer & E-Documentation Skills
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Friendly, cheerful and helpful.
∎ Should be smart & hard working
∎ Good social and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
